Adult Flute Choir - Fall 2026

This group performs symphonic arrangements as well as compositions originally scored for flute ensemble in a variety of musical styles from Renaissance to Ragtime. Emphasis is on blend, intonation, style and interpretation. Sharpen your ensemble skills while having a great time making music in a supportive environment.
Flute Choir is open to adult students playing any instrument in the flute family.
This class will meet 14 times between August 10 and December 14, 2026 (no class on 9/7, 21, 28, or 11/23).
Music for Young Beginners - Level 1 (ages 5-8)

Ages: 5 - 8
Parlando's popular group music class allows students to receive an intro to both piano and violin, while also incorporating singing and movement activities for a well-rounded introduction to music study.
Each week, students will begin as a group with songs and movement, then break into two sections. Each section will spend 7 consecutive weeks on the violin, and 7 consecutive weeks on the piano, trading instruments halfway through the semester.
This beginning music class provides children with a strong musical foundation in an exciting, social environment.Throughout the semester, students learn functional technique, note identification, foundational music reading skills and general musicianship. Each class involves games, popular songs, improvisation and group ensembles to make learning fun.
NOTE: One adult is required to attend class with their child.
*Violins are provided for the duration of the violin component of the class.
